Mohamad is a director in BNY Mellon’s Digital Assets Unit. He works across the BNY Mellon enterprise focusing on progressing the digital strategy, leading client engagement and fostering an internal culture of innovation. Mohamad was previously the Head of BNY Mellon Innovation Hubs for the BeNeLux region identifying solutions for clients' evolving needs and building relationships with the fintech ecosystem.

He brings over 15 years of international experience within the financial services industry, spanning roles in digital, innovation, finance, and middle & front office. Prior to working for BNY Mellon, he spent 5 years at HSBC in various roles.
Mohamad holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Edinburgh and a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge, Judge Business School.
